Let me briefly explain to you how I intend to handle this business proposal.
Sequel to my previous letter I sent to you, I have perfected the modality for the claim of this deposit and since you bear the same last name with my deceased client you stand a chance of doing this transaction with me.
As an attorney of repute in the Turkey, am allowed to have private clients and there is a policy with my company which allows counsel to have private clients as long as it does not conflict with the interest of the company. Based on this reason I have to observe the code of conduct. It is imperative therefore, to observe a high level of confidentiality based on the privileged information/material.
Please note that, it is not of great importance if you are a direct relative of my deceased client Mr.Pieter Conner. As an attorney to the deceased, I am in the best position to present the next of kin. However, it is important to emphasize that, for transaction of this nature/magnitude; sincerity and confidentiality shall be paramount.
I shall be preparing a letter of Representation to the Insurance Company notifying them that we are ready for the claim Ten Million, Seven Hundred & Fifty Thousand United States Dollars Only ( US$10,750.000.00 USD ), while I shall handle all the legal processes and day to day review with the firm and documentation as well. This is only necessary based on the fact that there was no (WILL) left behind by my deceased client.
This claim will be conducted legally through the Court and we will be acting in accordance with the Inheritance Act Claims (Provisions for Family and Dependents) Act 1975. This tittle covers statutory provisions in circumstances of inadequate provision in Will or under the laws of Intestacy (i.e. where someone dies without a will).
There will be NO violation of either civil or criminal laws of any state, nation or international laws.The funds can only be released to you as the next of kin and you distribute according to our agreed terms. As I proposed in my mail, the proceeds will be shared as follows: 45% to attorney, 45% to you and 10% to charity organization. I will be drafting an agreement, which will reassure me that when you receive the inheritance, that my share is safe and will be wired to me as agreed.
It is obvious that there are legal procedures to follow in a transaction of this nature and I have the requisite experience to handle such matter and I reassure you of safety of both parties in this transaction. I reiterate that, this transaction is strictly confidential and I implore you to observe the code of conduct.
